Heavy Duty Resurfacing

A WORKHORSE FLOORING SYSTEM. Heavy duty resurfacing can be used as a protective overlay on new floors, or to restore and repair older worn surfaces.

Extend the Life of Your Floor

Resurfacers are often used for renovating old deteriorated concrete floors and providing a seamless new surface with exceptional durability and longevity. The process levels damaged, spalled surfaces to decrease the chance of trips and falls and decreases the wear and tear on your forklift or steel wheel equipment. This tough new floor surface will add years of service life to problem floors.  A heavy duty resurfacing solution will provide protection against chemical corrosion, wear and damage, decrease maintenance costs, and increase safety with non-slip surfaces.

Urethane Mortar and Epoxy Mortar are both very effective heavy duty resurfacing flooring systems.

Urethane Mortar Floors are the best choice for heavy-duty industrial and manufacturing, and food and beverage processing plants.  They can withstand severe conditions such as radical temperature changes, extreme temperatures, chemical attack and thermal shock.  They are also non-toxic, low-odor and high solids.

Urethane Mortar Flooring systems are a stronger floor, more chemical resistant and can handle extreme temperatures better than an Epoxy Mortar resurfacing solution, but Epoxy Mortar is a more affordable solution that works in many cases.  An Epoxy Mortar Flooring solution has its own benefits – it can bear heavy loads, help protect against the pitting of the concrete slab, has excellent abrasion and higher impact resistant to withstand the movement of heavy machinery.
