Polished concrete is a popular choice for the back-of-house areas in auto dealerships due to its durability, low maintenance, and stain resistance—making it ideal for high-traffic, potentially messy environments.  A new automobile dealership under construction in TN reached out to #IndustrialApplicationsInc to polish approximately 10,000 square feet of concrete in the shop and parts department. #TeamIA saw cleaned and caulked the joints, ground and polished the surface to an 800-grit cream finish, and applied SCOFIELD Formula One Stain.  The result is a durable, low-maintenance floor designed to withstand the heavy traffic expected in the back-of-house areas of this future dealership.
