When this local church began a major renovation, they partnered with Industrial Applications Inc to upgrade their main lobby with a long-lasting, low-maintenance flooring solution. Our team removed existing carpet and VCT, addressed residual adhesive, and properly prepared the substrate to ensure a high-quality finish. We then polished over 10,000 square feet of concrete to a 1500 grit finish, delivering a sleek, modern appearance built to handle high foot traffic.

In a 125-year-old building in downtown Memphis, a subgrade parking garage was in need of serious repairs.  The concrete had rotted, disintegrated and was crumbling in many areas. IA removed large chunks of the damaged concrete, down to the level of the dirt below, filled the sections with cementitious repair mortar, and finished with a traffic coating system.
