In a 125-year-old building in downtown Memphis, a subgrade parking garage was in need of serious repairs after over a century of failed patching attempts. The concrete had rotted, disintegrated and was crumbling in many areas. Industrial Applications was called to come up with a solution for this 13,000 sq feet.
TeamIA removed large chunks of the damaged concrete, down to the level of the dirt below, filled the sections with cementitious repair mortar, trowelled large sections with epoxy mortar where the cap was bad, and finished with a traffic coating system.
Our team then installed epoxy line striping and parking space numbers throughout the garage.
