Industrial Applications Inc was brought in to properly prepare the existing slab, perform concrete patching, and rebuild damaged joints to ensure the new coating system would perform long term. Addressing substrate issues before coating installation is critical to preventing premature failure.
Our crews then installed a two coat epoxy flooring system with a broadcast aggregate for slip resistance across nearly 17,000 square feet of shop and tool room space. The installation also included a 6 inch hand troweled integral cove base to support cleaning and containment, along with safety line striping to help organize workflow and improve visibility in the maintenance areas.
The result is a seamless, durable floor designed to handle heavy equipment traffic, fluid exposure, and daily shop operations while improving safety and maintainability.
