Team IA removed the existing worn coatings and carefully caulked all control joints to protect the integrity of the slab. The repair areas were ground and polished to restore a durable, low maintenance surface built for long term performance.
To enhance safety and traffic flow, epoxy line striping was installed throughout the facility, clearly defining work zones and pathways. Our team also completed a major trench drain restoration. We chipped out approximately two inches deep on both sides of the drain, installed epoxy mortar to create sharp, durable edges, and applied an epoxy coating system with urethane topcoat to provide a seamless, chemical resistant finish designed to withstand the demands of a high traffic fleet environment.
The result is a safer workspace, improved durability, and a floor system built to support operational efficiency.
