Overview

Epoxy coatings and epoxy line striping are key components of the 6S methodology, which aims to ensure worker safety, reduce the risk of accidents and minimize production downtime.  A Tennessee manufacturer contacted #IndustrialApplications to prep and rejuvenate their busy main aisleway which showed extensive forklift tire marks and significant signs of wear and tear due to heavy use.  Recognizing the critical role of line striping in workplace safety and communication, #TeamIA carefully prepped the surface and applied a two-coat epoxy system on the main aisleway.  This process helped create a cleaner, safer and more organized work environment in the plant.
